Update: Ally Perks Launched

Last week I was informed by Ally that their new Ally Perks program would launch yesterday.  I logged in last night and found that they indeed stuck to their deadline.  Anyone with an Ally Interest Checking account.  There are no receipts to mail in or points to track, and you can shop online or in-store.  Money back from Ally Perks is automatically deposited back into your Ally account of choice within 24-48 hours.  All you have to do is use your Ally Debit Card associated with your checking account.  Offers include national retailers and merchants specific to your area.  Here is an example of some of my offers: [continue reading...]

I just received a letter in the mail from Ally announcing the introduction of a new program called “Ally Perks” in conjunction with their Ally Bank Platinum Debit MasterCard.  It “gives you the opportunity to get money back from a variety of merchants on qualifying purchases.  If you qualify, the money back will be deposited into an eligible Ally Bank account within 24 hours after the qualifying purchase is made.”  There will be no cost to participate in the program and it begins June 18, 2011.
